Absolute Floors

Twenty-one reviews across Google and Angi, every single one of them five stars. That is the first thing you notice about Absolute Floors, and it is worth looking at closely. The company runs out of Nashua, New Hampshire, with a second address at 10 Tower Office Park in Woburn, and installs hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, carpet and tile, along with hardwood refinishing, shower tile and backsplashes. It says it covers Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, naming towns from Keene and Concord down through Chelmsford, Haverhill and North Andover. Google carries 4.9 from 16 ratings, Angi 5.0 from 8, with comments running from 2024 into this summer. Twelve of those landed in the last six months and none were negative. What recent customers keep returning to is timing and follow-through: crews that arrive when they said and finish what was quoted. One homeowner this spring wrote that "the estimator was good and tolerant of my many questions," and that the installers "did a great job from start to finish." A few things deserve a closer look before you call. Four of the eight Angi reviews carry the same July 2026 date and read as short, interchangeable praise, and one of them is not a customer at all: its text is the company's own request that customers "consider leaving an honest review about your experience with Absolute Floors." Another Angi entry logs a carpet installation at a job value of $450,000. A third is tagged by Angi itself as a copy of a Google review, so it corroborates nothing new. The company's history also gets told three ways. Its website says over 25 years. Angi's business-highlights field says 26 years. Angi's own About text, on that same page, says the company has been trading since 2020 with over five years in the industry. Ask which it is. Absolute Floors describes itself as licensed and insured but publishes no licence number, and Angi states that every licence claim on its pages is self-reported. Massachusetts exempts floor-covering-only work from home improvement contractor registration, so a missing registration is not a mark against a flooring installer, but they also install shower tile and backsplashes, so it is fair to ask what they carry for that work. For a hardwood, vinyl or carpet install in the Merrimack Valley, the recent history is consistent and the five-year labor-and-materials warranty they advertise is longer than most. Pin down the licence question and a written scope before booking.
