Several reviewers describe that same short runway between the call and the finished floor, and it is the clearest thing about this Woburn company — a family-owned flooring retailer and installer that, by its own account, was founded by Espinoza and handles carpet, hardwood, vinyl plank, tile and mosaics, stair runners and gym rubber flooring for homes and businesses. Reviews go back to 2022 and run through this past July, across Google and Thumbtack, where the profile shows a 5.0 from 57 ratings and 112 projects. The jobs people describe are mostly floors going into rooms already in use: five rooms of luxury vinyl planking in a September 2025 review, a basement carpet swapped for Coretec in December 2025, an entryway and kitchen tile in February 2024, a mother's bathroom retiled in January 2024. In an April 2025 review a homeowner described a basement gym finished with turf running directly into rubber flooring — not an easy join, in the customer's words. Timing runs through several of the accounts. A November 2025 customer wrote that Espinoza came out quickly to price a basement floor and his crew started and finished three days later; a November 2024 customer needed flooring inside two weeks and had it installed the following Monday; a December 2024 review describes bubbles in a carpet fixed quickly. Three reviewers say they hired the company more than once, including one who came back in April 2025 to replace old hardwood in a dining room, kitchen and living room. Material advice comes up more than once. A February 2024 customer went in wanting carpet for a basement and took the owner's recommendation of vinyl plank instead; a January 2024 Thumbtack reviewer described him going through the carpet types he carried on site before quoting; a December 2024 customer got a quick quote at no charge with several options to choose from. How long the company has been at this is stated three different ways. The About page gives 2017 as the year established, the site's own copy claims over ten years of experience and serving Boston for over a decade, and the Thumbtack profile says 13 years in business. Its Best of Business Rate 2024 and a HomeAdvisor recognition for increasing resale value are the company's own claims. For a room or a whole floor replaced on a tight calendar — vinyl plank, carpet, tile, a stair runner — this is a straightforward call. Get the material named and the start date in writing when you take the quote.
