Accepted Services, LLC

Accepted Services is a Waltham general contractor whose customers talk about one person, Felix — on the job every day, never not working, as a 2020 reviewer put it. That homeowner had collected quotes calling for two months of remodeling; Felix finished in three weeks for close to half the price. The company lists itself at 55 Angleside Road with 12 years in business and a long menu — new construction, additions, renovations, carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, siding, masonry, landscaping, even snow plowing — which is its own account. All eleven Angi ratings are five stars, and ten of the written reviews were posted in the same month, May 2020, with one more that October. The jobs they describe are real remodels: a new kitchen finished within budget and on the projected timeline, a bathroom remodel for a couple on a tight budget who did not know what they wanted and got options brought to them, hardwood floors laid across two floors of a new house, a back patio redone after a fast assessment and quote. More than one reviewer mentioned the site being left cleaner than they found it. The written history is six years old and arrived nearly all at once, so ask for a couple of recent projects and references before booking. A reasonable call for a kitchen, bath or flooring job where speed and price matter; get the scope, timeline and payment schedule in writing, and ask which of the many listed trades the crew does itself versus subcontracts.
