Ace Hardwood Floors

Ace Hardwood Floors is a Lynnfield wood and laminate flooring installer and refinisher run by Jason, hired for new floors, refinishing and repairs on the North Shore. The four written reviews, from 2022 to 2025, are all positive and all mention timing and price. In a January 2025 review a homeowner described Jason removing a botched stain left by a previous contractor, matching replacement boards to the existing wood, and finishing promptly; an August 2025 reviewer summed the job up as on time, well priced and cleanly finished. In September 2022 one homeowner had flooring done on short notice and another said Ace sourced a specific wood that no other supplier could find. Angi and HomeAdvisor, which share one profile, show 4.9 stars from 4 ratings. He is a reasonable call for a homeowner who needs a refinish, a repair blended into an existing floor, or a hard-to-find species. Ask for a written quote and a schedule, and confirm the finish and stain samples before work starts, since the written record is small.
