Ace Temperature Control's website describes residential and commercial HVAC service plus commercial refrigeration installation, maintenance and repair in Central Massachusetts, and the company says it has been in Central Massachusetts since 1963. A 2026 customer said that after two other companies told them they would need a total system replacement, Ace sent out a manager to evaluate the system. That 2026 customer said they found a small leak in the heat pump, fixed it, recharged the system and made mechanical and thermostat adjustments, and that it had been working for nine months. A 2026 customer wrote that they had used Ace for 30+ years for boiler maintenance and boiler installs, and that Ace installed heat pumps at their rental property. A 2026 customer who had a new air conditioning system put in their building said the job was done in a week. A 2025 customer said their entire commercial building was converted to an air source heat pump system and credited Mike and his team with implementing it with the least amount of work interruption. Good timely service
After being told by 2 companies that I would need a total system replacement they sent out a manager to evaluate my system. They found a small leak in the heat pump fixed it, recharged the system, made some mechanical and thermostat adjustments and it's been working for nine months. Scheduling the service was also good.
