The Maynard company is run by Antonio C. Hipolito, and describes itself as a residential and light commercial builder doing new construction, additions, renovations, custom cabinetry and period-home restoration. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade, accreditation since 2012 and 24 years in business. Its written record, all on Angi, runs from 2009 to 2015, and Angi shows 5.0 stars from 21 ratings. An August 2012 customer said the crew moved walls, raised ceilings and built pocket closet doors, custom closets and bookshelves to turn two small rooms into two larger ones, with no surprises on price. In an October 2014 review, a couple said that when removing siding exposed water damage, he showed them what needed doing and revised the scope, and they felt the pricing was fair. An April 2011 customer said he built closets, built-ins and trim to match the originals in a very old home. Several reviewers were repeat clients: one in September 2010 described a bathroom and mudroom addition, then new windows and siding, then a kitchen update. A February 2013 reviewer said it took several weeks of messages to reach Antonio to discuss the project at first, though once the dining room job started he communicated with them daily or close to it and arranged the permits and inspections.
