ACM Cleaning & Property Maintenance Inc.

ACM Cleaning & Property Maintenance is a Hyannis-based, owner-operated residential and office cleaning company serving Cape Cod towns including Barnstable, Falmouth, Chatham, Dennis, Harwich, and Mashpee. Owner Adriana Maia states she started cleaning houses in 1993 and has built the business over more than three decades; the company is a partner of Cleaning For A Reason, a charity that provides free cleanings for people undergoing cancer treatment. The review record is deep and remarkably consistent, with many clients describing relationships spanning a decade or longer — one reviewer has used ACM for about 10 years and says every cleaner sent has become a favorite, and another cites two years of both top-to-bottom and regular cleanings. Reviewers describe ACM handling everything from routine weekly cleaning to deep post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleans, and vacation rental turnovers, including same-day bookings for an Airbnb operation and a supervisor sent to inspect properties after cleaning. Several reviewers also describe being trusted with extra responsibilities beyond cleaning, such as off-season home checks and weekly rental turnovers over many years. The company holds a 5.0-star average from 103 Google reviews and 4.9 stars from 39 reviews each on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Recent activity is steady, with 5 reviews in the last six months and none negative. The written record includes one notable exchange: a 2023 review described a problem with a cleaning, and the company reached out afterward to understand what went wrong, attributing it to a language-barrier misunderstanding and asking for a chance to make it right — the reviewer updated the review to 5 stars after that follow-up. ACM is a strong call for both one-off deep cleans and ongoing recurring or vacation-rental cleaning on Cape Cod — the length and consistency of its client relationships, spanning routine housecleaning to specialty jobs like post-construction and move-out cleans, are backed by a large, detailed, and largely first-hand review record.
