Adam Lam Electrician

Adam did a 200amp service change on myself and neighbors house around 12/2020. The downfall is you have to chase him to pull a permit which took months to do. He also called me to yell at me while at work, asking why I would think to ask the neighbor if they had also not gotten a permit pulled on their service change which they didn’t and had no idea there wasn’t one pulled. Then proceeded to say never to call Him again for work to be done in my house. Non permitted work seems to be the norm with Adam. I wouldn’t use this company again because he is unprofessional and clearly does not care.

Adam was great to work with from the beginning. I was referred to him on a local Facebook group as I was looking for an electrician to move a cable hookup for us. He communicated clearly with me and explained things so I could understand. He and his partner not only moved the cable outlet but installed our mounted TV and floating shelf and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving for the day. We will definitely call him to do any electrical work in the future.

I was out this way doing a remodeling job when i stupidly cut through some hidden wires causing a massive issue. Burnt up the main panel. He managed to squeeze me into his busy day to get me back up and operating. The remodeling company i won't name as they i dont work for them still uses him to my knowledge. Pricing was fair for the circumstances work was flawless and friendly.

Adam is awesome at what he does. He is quick and does it right the first time. Don’t think twice. Just call Adam! He did a ton of small jobs at my house and I’m sure we will have more soon!!!!

Adam has done a lot of great work for us! Highly recommend him to complete any electrical work you need done. He recommended money saving options when installing lights and outlets in our home.
