They are using an AI agent to call you, to get more information. You can’t even communicate with it because it keeps asking weird questions and doesn’t even understand basic conversation. When I say “it’s burning inside, it’s so hot, and it replies, “your house is burning because of AC?” That was the beginning of a 5 min conversation that got me no where and I had to hang up. Also it claims it’s a real person. What a joke!

Dave and Rob showed up to evaluate some of the plumbing tasks I had requested for them. They seemed thorough in their communications and description of what needed to be done, costs, etc. Based on my experience I got a good sense of their competency. I will likely hire them and edit this review subsequent to their work. (8.13.26) ...after reading some of the other posts from (potential) customers, I notice regardless of the fact that they must have agreed to Addarios policy for charging to come out for consultation, when the time came to do so, they took issue with it. I would never think to refuse payment or ask to be refunded for a service, when that was obviously the commitment you agreed to in order for them to come out in the first place, If you had a problem with that, why have them come out in the first place? I never got refunded for my $59.00 and shouldn't expect to.
