Adin Construction Corp.

Adin Construction Corp is a Lynn general contractor run by owner Adin Mendez, and the work described in its reviews ranges wide — exterior painting, soffit repair, gutter work, door and window installs, floor refinishing, even a roof leak fix — usually for homeowners who started with one small job and came back for another. The praise leans on communication and follow-through. A June 2026 review on exterior painting calls Adin detail-oriented and says he prepared everything properly before painting. An April 2026 review describes a one-day soffit repair coordinated with a separate insulation contractor, finished on time with no complications. In a 2025 review, a homeowner who hired Adin first for gutter cleaning came back for an accent wall, citing his responsiveness and willingness to work within budget. In a 2024 review, a customer credits detailed, dated estimates and says installing new oak flooring and refinishing the rest of the house's floors was their easiest project yet. The one real problem on record is serious: in a September 2024 review, a customer says Adin's crew started a roofing job without a permit, left it unfinished while waiting on the permit, and three days of rain got into the house and damaged the ceilings, with no compensation offered. That account sits alongside a 2023 review noting Adin "might be slow" to respond, though the same customer said they'd keep working with him. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration verifies as active. The last six months brought three reviews, all positive, with no repeat of the roofing complaint. Worth asking directly about permitting and timeline commitments before signing on for any roofing work.
