Advance General Cleaning Services, LLC

One Thumbtack customer, writing in January 2024, said Advance General Cleaning Services had cleaned and maintained their building for over 20 years, and that the workers flag problems they notice — water damage, a cracked window — before they turn into bigger costs. The Somerville company's Thumbtack profile describes it as 22 years in business with 15 employees, background-checked, offering house and commercial cleaning. Its written reviews date from 2023 to 2024, and they cover both homes and workplaces. In a February 2024 Google review, a homeowner with guests arriving said the company fit them in on short notice and did a complete job. A February 2024 Thumbtack customer said the crew deep-cleaned a house that needed to be ready to sell, quickly and with compassion for the situation. Two reviewers from February 2024, one on Google and one on Thumbtack, said they had used the company at their offices, and the Thumbtack reviewer added their residence too, calling the work reasonably priced. Punctuality comes up in five of the 2024 reviews. Google shows 4.9 stars from 12 ratings and Thumbtack 5.0 from 9. Its Thumbtack service list runs from house, deep, move-in/out and post-construction cleaning to janitorial work, window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
