New Concept Cleaning Solutions is a house cleaning company based at 34 Marathon St in Arlington, MA, locally owned and run by Luiza, whom customers name directly. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau and shows 5 stars from 8 Google ratings. In September 2026 a Reddit commenter in the Arlington community said they started with one deep clean and now have monthly cleanings, found the service very affordable, and noted that Luiza provides a booklet describing the cleaning products used so they won't irritate occupants. The Google reviews date from late 2024 and describe both recurring and one-time work. In an August 2024 review, a couple said they booked a whole-house deep clean and then moved to a regular schedule; another August 2024 reviewer said they had used the company since 2021 and praised its availability, punctuality and value. An Airbnb host wrote in August 2024 that the team turned over their rental reliably even when cleans were only days apart, and that Luiza accommodated short-notice booking changes. A November 2024 reviewer mentioned text reminders before visits and several payment options.
“Been very happy with New Concept Cleaning, owned locally by Luiza (508) 424-8077. We did one deep clean to start and now have monthly cleanings. Very affordable for us, and she had a booklet about all the products they use to ensure they won't irritate occupants.”

can’t say enough good things about Luiza and her team. Their work is exceptional, with great attention to detail. They’re always punctual and great communication. Highly recommend!!
I have been using New Concept Cleaners for the past few months for my Airbnb. Having previously used and trialed a number of different cleaning companies, I can say without hesitation that the team has exceptional attention to detail, a thorough approach to every clean (even when only a few days apart) and a keen willingness & desire to maintain both client and guest satisfaction. The owner Luiza is fantastic with communication, professional, honest and accommodating (as we occasionally have short notice bookings or changes). The team are so lovely, cheerful and helpful! I have a perfect 5 star Airbnb rating and I owe a great deal of this success to this wonderful team! 100% recommend!!
