Mary Cleaning Company

Mary Cleaning Company works out of Malden, and the person customers write about is Mary herself — reviewers name her, and describe her arriving with a crew. A July 2025 customer who needed a rental vacation house cleaned at the last minute said she replied quickly, that she and her crew arrived as discussed, and that the house was left spotless. The deep cleans are where the detail shows up. A November 2025 reviewer had the house done including the windows, the fridge and the oven. A May 2025 move-out client said the apartment was cleaned without them having to point out any areas of concern. Another July 2025 customer described her starting early in the morning and working until the afternoon, and called her pricing good. The work repeats, too: a January 2026 reviewer marked a year of regular work in their home. Thumbtack's full count is more mixed than those notes: 4.4 stars across 133 ratings, with 80% at five stars and 9% at one. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0, from three ratings apiece. The snag a customer spelled out is scheduling — that May 2025 move-out client had difficulty coordinating at first and ended up rescheduling. The Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles also say the business does not offer free estimates, emergency service or warranties, and that Spanish is spoken. For a deep clean, a move-out, or a standing clean around Malden, pin down the date and time when you book, and agree the price and the room list in advance, since free estimates are not part of the service.
