Advanced Builders Co

Advanced Builders Co is a Brookline home-building and remodeling company whose two written reviews both describe the same kind of work: rebuilding an old house's exterior structure from the ground up. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the company says it works kitchen, bathroom, basement, and garage remodeling as well as additions and new construction across the MetroWest area. A 2026 review describes Gabe — who appears to lead the crew — building a second-story deck and a matching side porch about a year and a half earlier, calling the fine detail work meticulous, and also completing a major first-floor renovation for the same customer. Another 2026 review describes a deck and window renovation on an old house where the existing deck was rotting, noting competitive pricing and efficient problem-solving through the issues that came up. There isn't much written history to draw from yet — just two detailed reviews, both from this year — so for a larger remodel it's worth asking to see recently finished work firsthand.
