Five Stars!!! After interviewing several contractors in the Boston area, we hired Streck Design Build to extensively renovate our hundred-year-old apartment in Back Bay. Overall, Streck Design Build did a fantastic job from start to finish. Streck Design used excellent subcontractors - particularly for painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and millwork. Mark and Gary from Streck Design were very organized and attentive to detail to ensure the quality of the final product. Streck Design Build is trustworthy and they were a pleasure to work with!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Streck Design Build. The relationship started when we were seeking a second opinion regarding an extensive renovation to our Brookline home. Gary, Mark and their team immediately identified a glaring issue - the improper zoning assumed in the prior quote that could result in inaccuracies in timelines and permitting requirements. Shortly thereafter, we decided to move forward with Streck Design and we're very glad we did. The team was there every step of the way to assist with design, permitting, coordinating and shortlisting the things we needed to focus on while handling all the day to day operations of a large scale renovation and the plethora of vendors working on the project. The team is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, problem-solving, professional, and personable. To this day, if an issue arises at home, I know I can call upon the Streck team to respond and help trouble-shoot. The renovation came out beautifully and truly transformed our home. We couldn't be happier with the end product or the journey with Streck Design at the helm.

We just used Streck Design Build for the second time and really enjoyed our interaction. They take ownership of their work and always make sure the right solutions and sub-contractors are selected and that the results come out just right. Highly recommend them for large renovations as well as smaller projects.

I had a very good experience working with Streck Design Build on a 4-5 month long renovation project. First of all, they were on time and completed the project in the original time frame. Most of our friends warned about renovation projects dragging on and on and were all completely surprised how quickly our project was completed. Second, they paid a lot of attention to details. Diego, our GC in charge, was very diligent in selecting sub-contractors, checking on the quality of their work, and receiving our feedback and making adjustments. Finally, they were genuinely trustworthy people who cared about their work and their clients, and made efforts to think on behalf of our family. I also enjoyed interacting with many of their sub-contractors. The plumbing, electrical, and framing work were all done professionally, with lots of attention to detail.
