Advanced Heating Oil

I've been a customer for many years. Recently though the customer service has gone down hill. The manager treats customers poorly and has lost my business. I'm sure they won't even notice one less person.

Will not be using them again, the last couple times I’ve called they have been rude on the phone, seems like their people are always miserable.

I first became a customer of Advanced heating oil about 10 years ago. They were the least expensive and had fast service. Then the unexpected happened. I wasn’t paying attention to the tank level, and we ran out of oil. Even though we couldn’t get a delivery for a few days, they sent a driver with 50 gallons so we could have heat and take hot showers while we waited on our delivery. Their kindness meant so much . So when we moved back to CT, I knew I wanted to use Advanced heating oil again. Early this week I did it again. The tank was on E, and a huge snow storm coming. I called for a delivery but it would be a few days wait with the storm and weekend coming . So I did everything I could to reduce the need for the furnace, and oil use and hoped for the best. But this morning I noticed the tank was full. They must have sent someone yesterday, even though I don’t believe they are open on the weekend. This company seems to care about their customers more than most I’ve dealt with in the past, and I’m grateful for their kindness.

I recently switched my residential and oil service to Advanced Oil! I am extremely pleased and very satisfied with their service! I would love to recognize Gary Paul, you technicians and service for your excellence. I appreciate all that you do for us, your existing clients and your future customers! Their commitment to their customers and their Excellent service is # 1 - THE BEST…….⭐️✨⭐️💫🌟 I am a regular customer and have been buying oil from them for two years and i Have Always had Excellent Service. But today their Driver Jeff and Advanced went above and beyond To help a family member of mine who was not at the time a customer , And even though with this super cold winter, they are busy busy They showed true compassion today And made sure there was A full tank of oil delivered! They’re SUPER SERVICE avoided a FAMILY from having a very, very cold night ……. And an even colder morning !
