A customer whose original 1950s tank had a pinhole leak said the company came out the same day to inspect and quote, scheduled the install within 3 business days, and that Marcus and Abid removed the old cemented-in mounting hardware and gave a final walk-through of the new tank. A customer now on auto delivery said that, when they called nearly out of oil with a newborn, the company told them the oil they had would last through the next day; the same customer said a later emergency oil tank replacement was done quickly and cleaned up afterward. Marcus and two others installed mini-splits for a customer who wrote of 72-degree comfort on an 85-degree day. A customer who had Samsung splits installed said the technicians left the site clean, explained the system, and that the window units were gone. Marcus also serviced a mini-split system for one customer and tested it until it performed well. A BBB reviewer complained about how the office handled a credit card payment. I decided to replace a 30 year old System 2000 boiler in my home that Benvenuti Oil had been servicing the last few years. Marcus, Jess and Abid worked non stop for 3 days and performed a masterful installation of a Crown boiler and a Roth Double Wall tank. The old tank was showing signs of corrosion and the Roth tank is such a better looking and space saving tank. Marcus is a true asset to the company. He has excellent customer service skills and kept me informed on the project progress daily. I highly recommend Benvenuti for any HVAC needs.
They were amazing to work with. We bought our house and they were the ones who installed and serviced the system so we stuck with them. So glad we made that decision. Prior to going on auto delivery, they were great when we called in that we were almost out of oil and had a newborn and gave us peace of mind the oil we had would make it through the next day so we didn’t have to Oahu for emergency delivery. All the workers are always in good moods, professional, and explain things well to us. We recently had an emergency oil tank replacement and they were AMAZING. Explained everything to us, did the job quickly, and cleaned up to the point where you’d never know they were there other than the brand new tank. While finding the lowest pricing is everyone’s first choice for oil, bouncing companies based on pricing, I would rather have the company that is always top notch and knows our houses system in and out!!

After a recent oil delivery (from another company), we woke up to find our original 1950's tank had a pinhole leak. Benvenuti came out same day for an inspection and provided the quote. The cost was reasonable, so we accepted. They called the next day and were able to schedule the install within 3 business days! The front office (I'm sorry I didn't write down the name) was polite, friendly and efficient. The crew (Marcus and Abid) came out on time for the install. They walked us through the process and got to work. They were just as friendly and professional as the office staff (says a lot about management, great employees!). They went above and beyond removing the old, cemented in mounting hardware. They cleaned up like they were never there, and provided us with a final walk through of the new tank/system. We've been Benvenuti Oil customers for decades. And after this experience, they will remain our go-to! 5 stars all day, thank you Benvenuti Oil!
