Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows is a family-owned exterior remodeler in Marlborough, run by its owner Leo, and it says it has operated since 2000. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. It holds 4.8 from 34 Google ratings and 4.7 from 88 on Angi. Customers deal with Leo directly, from the quote through the job. A July 2026 customer had a roofing and gutter installation done by Leo and his team. In a November 2024 review, a customer who had a roof replaced and gutter shields installed said Leo had someone come right out to adjust a gutter shield. Another November 2024 customer had attic ventilation upgraded, and Leo found that the bathrooms were not set up to vent properly and fixed that too. In a July 2025 review, the crew stripped layers of old shakes, trim and siding from a lake house and installed PVC picture frames around the windows. The written complaints are older. A 2018 Angi reviewer said bits of siding were falling off four months later, windows were installed crooked, and holes were drilled in the roof. A 2023 Angi customer said a James Hardie siding job took roughly 5 months, though questions were answered along the way.
“We appreciated the way Leo explained the process without ANY pressure. ... Leo really listened to our concerns, and never once did we feel [pressured]”
Leo and his team did an outstanding job on our roofing and gutter installation project. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent, and we felt the product delivered great value for the investment. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the results and the entire experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Leo and his team to others and would gladly use them again for future projects.
Amazing!!!!!!These guys do excellent work.
We are having new siding installed on a lake house and wanted to share a preliminary review of the work and experience so far. Leo is very personable and responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. His team had the arduous task of stripping layers of old shakes, trim, and siding off the home and the adjacent areas had absolutely no trace of debris. Very neat and clean! They started by installing PVC picture frames around the windows which look fantastic, nicely mitered and fastened on the corners. We are looking forward to seeing the project move forward....
Advanced replaced the siding and gutters on my home and I am very happy with the work. Leo is very personable and was responsive to my detailed and technical questions. The crew was easy to have around. The price was very competitive and my home looks great. I would definitely hire Leo again.
We recently had our roof replaced and gutter shields installed by Advanced Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the experience and results. Leo took the time to go through his proposal and explain all the details of the work to be done, and he answered all our questions. He kept us informed about all phases of the job, and the installation went very smoothly. We did need a slight adjustment to the gutter shield and Leo got back to me quickly and had someone come right out and make the adjustments. His teams, both for roofing and gutter shields, did a great job both on the installations and the clean-up. The roof looks great! We highly recommend Advanced Roofing.
