Aguinaldo Electrician is a Malden, Massachusetts electrician with a Thumbtack profile showing a perfect 5.0★ average across 35 reviews, Top Pro status, and six years in business — with 45 projects shown on the platform. The four reviews on file, all from mid-to-late 2026, describe a range of everyday electrical work done carefully. One customer hired Aguinaldo to install recessed lighting in a basement and described him planning the layout so the fixtures lined up perfectly straight, handling complex 3-way and 4-way switch wiring, and adding a couple of extra lights at no charge to make sure the space was fully covered. Another described a breaker problem diagnosed and explained in plain terms — what caused it and how to avoid it happening again — rather than just fixed and left. Other reviews describe new outlets added in a kitchen and on a deck, and six outdoor fixtures replaced along with a new outlet on a pole, with the work site cleaned up each time. One thing worth flagging: Thumbtack's own profile page notes that one review on file names a different business, "Five Wire," rather than Aguinaldo — a mismatch on the platform's end worth being aware of, though it isn't one of the reviews described above. For everyday electrical work — new outlets, lighting, a breaker that needs diagnosing — the reviews on file describe a thorough, communicative electrician who explains what he's doing and finishes the job cleanly.

I highly recommend Aguinaldo! He is responsive, dependable, and delivers top-quality workmanship. We hired him to install recessed lighting in our basement, and he did a fantastic job. He took great care in planning the layout, ensuring the fixtures were in a perfectly straight line and handling the complex 3-way and 4-way switch wiring with ease. He even added a couple of extra lights at no hassle to ensure full coverage throughout the space. He worked efficiently, finished right on schedule, and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely hire him again!…
He did a great job! Installed two new outlets for me—one recessed outlet in my kitchen and one outside on our deck. He was kind, punctual, professional and thorough. Would definitely hire again!
Excellent job. Replaced 6 outdoor fixtures and added an outlet to the pole. Responsive, very reasonable and professional. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend. Methuen.
Aguinaldo was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, arrived on time, and offered a very reasonable price. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with our breaker, what caused it, and how to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciated that he made sure we understood everything before he left. His honesty, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. I would highly recommend Aguinaldo to anyone looking for a reliable electrician…
