We hired Air Experts to install a mini split in our basement, and the entire experience was excellent. Rick and his team installed two new furnaces and two air-conditioning units in my house almost 2 years ago. They did a very good job and beat most companies quotes by a considerable amount. I had an issue with one of my new AC units recently that was caused from water from a power washer. The water fried a motherboard on the AC and we were without air-conditioning for a period of time. Rick was the most responsive, most reasonably priced (with no attempt at upselling me oversized units), and (importantly to me) the most collaborative contractor I found. I was able to work with him to design a layout that fit exactly what I was looking for. We talked through the options and ended up with a minimally invasive and aesthetically pleasing design. It was important to me to maintain the integrity of my colonial, avoiding any visible hardware on the front of the house. As a bonus, he color-matched the PVC to my siding. Rick also helped me gather and submit all the required documentation for an energy efficiency rebate on my project, significantly reducing the overall out-of-pocket cost. Also, his crew was fantastic, including the electricians and installers. Seriously, give him a call.

Rick and his crew are awesome! Rick was very responsive and gave great advice when we were inquiring about mini splits.
