A 2022 customer said the company removed 9 very large trees on either side of their house because of concerns about the trees' health and the potential that they would fall on the house. That 2022 customer wrote that A+J came out on a Saturday to give a quote, called the quote reasonable given the scale of the work and a yard on an incline, and said the work was done very quickly. The same 2022 customer was impressed by the clean-up and said two neighbors were also using A+J. A 2021 customer wrote that they planned and executed a very complex 10 tree project, communicated constantly around schedules and always showed up on time. A 2019 customer said Allan and his team took down an old maple close to their house that had signs of decay and rot in the upper half, and called them fairly priced. A 2022 customer said they took 2 trees down without ruining the yard, but at the end of the job he apologized for not looking at his own work order and forgetting to save the wood the customer wanted for firewood. That 2022 customer wrote that he said he would bring logs over if he had them at his house, then did not contact them again, and a texted reminder got nothing. A 2025 reviewer wrote that a driver of the company vehicle almost crashed into their truck.
