I've worked with Akaza Builders before when they were still Octopus, and I couldn't find them under the old name at first, ended up stumbling on them again on Thumbtack by coincidence. Our first project was a small bathroom remodel, and I remember being impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Fast forward a few years, and I bought a house that needed a lot more work, a full remodel, mechanical updates in the basement, updates on both floors. I went straight to Andre and his team at Akaza, because I knew they'd deliver. And they did. They're not the cheapest option out there, but honestly, that's not a bad thing. The quality, communication, and overall experience are worth it. They handle everything thoughtfully, and you can tell they genuinely care about the outcome. Highly recommend.
