Arcadia House Cleaning Services

Book Arcadia for one deep clean and there is a decent chance you end up on a monthly schedule — several customers wrote that they signed up for recurring service right after the first visit. The Everett company cleans homes across Greater Boston, from Cambridge and Waltham out to Lexington, Needham and Andover, and its site says Gustavo Magno founded it in 2021 and runs it as a family business. Thumbtack is where most of the written history sits: 4.9 across 163 ratings, 307 hires, a four-person team, and Top Pro status in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. On Google it shows 4.9 from 24 ratings. Several reviews credit Gustavo and his crew by name — one 2023 customer had them cleaning two apartments and praised the scheduling, another in 2024 named Gustavo and Fernanda on the job. A February 2024 customer described a deep clean that ran from 8:00am until 4:30pm and signed up for monthly service afterwards. Two things are worth raising when you call. A February 2026 Thumbtack customer described a miscommunication with the cleaners on the day, and wrote that Arcadia came back with a solution within minutes. And a May 2026 Google poster who had booked through an AI exchange wrote that they couldn't get in touch with anyone to confirm the appointment — so get a name and a direct phone number when you schedule. The company's own pages also disagree about how long it has been at this: the site says 2021, other pages claim 15 and 25 years of experience, and its Thumbtack profile states 18 years in business. Ask, if it matters to you. For recurring upkeep, a move-out clean or a first deep clean north and west of Boston, this is a straightforward call. Pin down how many cleaners are coming and for how long on that first visit, and confirm who you reach on the day if something needs sorting out.
