Not provides any sales documents and did not cover the warranty. Damage product installed with out letting us know which we had purchased form them. They failed their commitment and they did not response any of my requests.
Cobra did good work and were communicative, responsive, and friendly. They also made good suggestions when decisions needed to be made or when alternative solutions were required. I only rated them a 4 instead of a 5 because the job took a lot longer to complete than expected. (It was expected to take 1 week, and instead took 3). For all I know, this may be normal in the industry. But despite that, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
We rate our experience with this contractor as excellent. They were very knowledgeable about repairing our AC unit and fixed other small issues that we knew existed. They showed up on time, charged a reasonable fee for their service, and worked quickly. We recommend them highly for consideration for an AC job.
