Alex has taken care of all our plumbing needs for years, and we know we're in good hands. He's honest, fairly priced, dependable, friendly, takes pride in his work, and has fixed every problem we've had, handily. There's no bells and whistles. He won't try to upsale you, no rewards programs or any kind've nonsense like you may get with other plumbers. Before him, we used cranney, and he's the opposite of them(which is a great thing). If you're looking for a plumber, i'd recommend giving Alex a call.

Alex from Alexander Plumbing is amazing. I've had several unfortunate events that required plumbing, and Alex is always there for us. He comes with a smile, and leaves with a smile. He's honest and upfront and shoots straight from the hip (even if I don't want to hear it). I would not go elsewhere and hope to keep him around for a lifetime. Thanks Alex!

We came up to our second place in Salem and ran into a massive leak in the downstairs bathroom from the shower handle. We called an emergency plumber that couldn't be there for two weeks and yet when we called Alexander, they were here the next day. They were on time and called throughout a 24 hour period to let us know when they would get here. They fixed the leak, fixed another small issue and cleaned out the food disposal (even though we didn't mention it to them) and were considerate with their sound level in the process. On top of all they did, they went into our crawl space to map out a potential change to our water shut off valve and gave us an idea on what was needed. When they were finished and I asked how to pay, they informed me of how little hardware they used for the fix, and then said they would call to pay the bill later on in the week. Of all the plumbing companies we have worked with, I think we have found our go to plumbers here in Massachusetts. If you want quality work and people who are well versed at their field, this is the company for you.
