All Cape Aluminum

All Cape Aluminum is a Hyannis window, door and metal-finishing contractor that Better Business Bureau records say has been run by owner Ben Mac Pherson since 1984 — 42 years on the Cape. Massachusetts permit records show real volume behind that longevity: 34 permitted window and door replacement projects on file across Centerville, the Yarmouths, Cotuit and Osterville. A local library's website also credits the company with supplying quality replacement windows at a discounted price for a storm-window preservation project. Written reviews are scarce — the one on file, from 2021, calls the company professional, welcoming and knowledgeable, without much further detail. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, held by MacPres Holdings Inc; a separate, older registration under a different number is listed by BuildZoom as having been cancelled by the state at one point, ahead of the company's current active one. Given the permit history and decades in business, this reads like an established, if lightly reviewed, choice for window and door replacement on the Cape — worth asking for a few recent customer references given how little written feedback exists.
