Main sewer lines are the big job here. A recent customer said All Clear replaced theirs for nearly half of the $21k–$25k quotes they had from bigger name companies, and that Frank Sabato stopped by the morning after the call. The company describes itself as a plumbing and drain cleaning service for homes and businesses. It says it has been in business 23 years, and its stated service area runs from Stratford and Milford to New Haven, Shelton and Westport. In a 2025 review, a new homeowner said Frank pulled the permits for a full sewer line replacement and sent photos and videos while they were at work. That customer later had him install a sump pump. A 2025 customer said Charlie drilled holes so drainage could run without flooding their basement, using camera and scope technology to find the problem. A 2025 customer with a clogged main sewer line said Frank's team was there within an hour to clear it and found the root cause. A 2025 customer said Charlie and Joel cleared a kitchen sink clog in less than half an hour. A 2024 customer said Frank's team put a clean out in front of the house and cleared the sewer line. When a recent customer raised a discrepancy about the status of their sewer line, they said Frank agreed he was responsible for the work, with no argument, and his team took care of it. A recent customer said Frank and Julio took care of a clogged sink and did not try to rip them off. A recent customer suggested that employees wear shoe coverings.
