A hot water tank burst late on a Friday evening, and All Dry Services of Connecticut came out that night, according to a September 2026 Google review; when asbestos turned up in the damaged areas, the company referred the homeowners to people it works with. The Berlin water and mold remediation company shows 4.9 stars from 190 Google ratings and says it offers 24/7 emergency service. The recent jobs are basements, kitchens and walls after water or mold. A September 2026 customer said Cody responded fast to a mold issue found mid-renovation and kept them updated. An August 2026 reviewer described mold remediation in a basement and bathroom walls. In a March 2026 review, a customer said Mike dried a kitchen and bedroom after ice damming, worked with their insurance and got the house ready for renovation. A December 2025 customer said Cameron gave an honest assessment without padding the proposal, and Cody's crew did the mold work on schedule. The older accounts run longer. In a December 2023 review, a customer said Michael Walcott's team gave a quote on the spot, then pulled out soaked carpet, padding and tacks the same day and washed and dried the floor. A June 2023 customer said Mike's crew demolished wood paneling, ceiling tiles and old insulation for a mold job at a price below other quotes. The complaints are about price. A December 2025 customer said a weekend drying setup for a small bathtub leak cost over 1,500 with no price given beforehand, despite asking. In an October 2024 Angi review, a landlord said an estimate for removing 200 sq ft of carpet itemized about $800 but totaled $1631, and Cameron would not adjust it. Its Connecticut HIC licence, HIC.0668132, is active. The Better Business Bureau rates it A+.
Amazing work by this team! MIKE was the leader who evaluated the site, created the estimate, and managed the crew. The crew, led by Luis, followed his instructions, and cleaned the basement to an incredible state of cleanliness. We could not be happier with this service.
Cody was absolutely great to work with! When I unexpectedly discovered a mold issue during a renovation project, he was quick to respond, extremely communicative, and very helpful throughout the process. He made sure to keep me updated, answer my questions, and address the situation promptly. I really appreciated how professional, responsive, and easy to work with he was during what could have been a very stressful situation. I would definitely recommend All Dry and especially Cody, to anyone looking for someone reliable and attentive!
I have been so surprised with how much and how well of a job All Dry does with their water mitigation services! We had our hot water tank burst on a Friday late evening, and they were able to come out that night and help! They are super fast, do an excellent job, and are incredibly responsive. We are still working with them as asbestos was found in a couple of the damaged areas, but through the setbacks and other parties that had to get involved, they had people they could recommend (who they have great working relationships with), and even those services were great too. As first time homeowners, All Dry really took a lot of stress off our shoulders in navigating this awful situation. Whether 5/5 or 10/10…would recommend. Shout out to Jovanny and Cody!

Very professional, friendly team to work with. From the initial call to me receiving the complete estimate which was surprisingly free for how thorough. The communication was outstanding. Easy to get in touch with. But best of all Mike, the tech, was very knowledgeable, listen to my needs and made suggestion even if it was outside the scope of his duty, in order for me to cover every angle of the job to completion. This seem to be a great company to work with. I am very pleased with them so far.
