All Renewable Energy, Inc. works from 1081 Washington St in Newton and, despite the name, describes itself as an HVAC and plumbing contractor rather than a solar company. Its own site says owner Harold Coxall began his HVAC career in the late 1970s, that the firm has been a full-service HVAC and plumbing company for 30-plus years, and that his son Zachary joined in 2012 with Tina Mingace as vice president of operations. The work it advertises is weighted toward large multi-family, commercial and multi-use development projects, and an unclaimed Procore Network listing likewise files it as a specialty contractor in HVAC serving Massachusetts. That commercial focus shows up in the independent record. Engineering News-Record's November 2023 write-up of the Avalon North Andover apartment project — a job that took an Excellence in Safety award — lists All Renewable Energy Inc. among the subcontractors, alongside the electrical, masonry, framing and fire-protection trades. The homeowner-side picture is thinner and harder. Google publishes a 3.9-star average across 20 ratings, but only five review bodies are retrievable, and the two that describe contracting work are both one-star. In a July 2024 review a homeowner wrote that the company installed the HVAC systems in their single-family home and then spent the first winter and first summer responding to installation problems, with water still coming from the attic unit and other companies brought in to fix the work; an October 2022 reviewer wrote that the company came out many times and failed to fix the HVAC system it had installed. Two of the five-star reviews on the same profile are about a driver's conduct on the highway and a quick unload rather than any installation job. One further caution for anyone checking references: a Law360 case caption names the company as a defendant in Regional Air Balancing, Inc. v. All Renewable Energy Inc. This reads as a development-scale mechanical contractor rather than a residential service company. A homeowner considering it for a single-home HVAC or plumbing installation should ask directly how post-installation problems are handled and who owns the commissioning, and should ask for references on comparable single-family work.

“Amazing company to work for! Couldn't speak any higher of ARE and what they provide for their employees and their customers.”
quick live unload
Driver heading southbound on i-95 in Providence yesterday at 7:00, was notified of an issue with his vehicle and very quickly pulled over to fix it.
ARE installed the HVAC systems in my single family home. While the customer support was very responsive, they were responding to numerous installation issues that occurred the first winter and first summer in the home. We still have occasional water issues from our attic unit. I have brought other companies in to fix their mistakes.
Congratulations on putting people's well-being above numbers!
Came out many times and failed to fix the HVAC system that they had installed.
