Its own site says owner Harold Coxall began his HVAC career in the late 1970s, that the firm has been a full-service HVAC and plumbing company for 30-plus years, and that his son Zachary joined in 2012 with Tina Mingace as vice president of operations. The work it advertises is weighted toward large multi-family, commercial and multi-use development projects, and an unclaimed Procore Network listing likewise files it as a specialty contractor in HVAC serving Massachusetts. That commercial focus shows up in the independent record. Engineering News-Record's November 2023 write-up of the Avalon North Andover apartment project — a job that took an Excellence in Safety award — lists All Renewable Energy Inc. among the subcontractors, alongside the electrical, masonry, framing and fire-protection trades.
