Across 110 Google ratings, 171 on Thumbtack and smaller counts on HomeAdvisor and Angi, nearly all five stars, one name comes up constantly: Andrey, described diagnosing problems within minutes and explaining the fix in plain language. Reviewers describe emergency same-day and Sunday-evening repairs — a furnace part rigged to keep working over a weekend until the replacement part arrived, a mini-split fixed within 15 minutes on a cold night, a dead central air unit replaced on short notice for thousands less than two competing quotes. In a mid-2025 review, one customer wrote that two other HVAC companies had pushed a full, high-pressure replacement of a 26-year-old AC unit with no real attempt to repair it; Green Flow diagnosed and fixed it instead. A few complaints are worth knowing before calling. A July 2026 review describes a warranty claim on a Navien water heater being denied because the technician diagnosing a failed heat exchanger hadn't called Navien's support line during the visit, as the manufacturer required. Called this company to look at our Navien water heater. Tech came and diagnosed it as a failed heat exchanger, but navien denied the warranty because the tech hadn’t called their support line to diagnose it properly while they were here. We have spent the last ~two weeks trying to get updates and trying to get them to follow the correct steps that navien sounds like they want for it to be a warranty claim, but they haven’t been proactive at all and it’s unclear when it will be resolved.
Extremely poor customer service and dishonest practices. I paid for two service calls to evaluate my mini-split system for repair. This was just to get a quote for repair. I received one text message from stating $2k to $2.5k. I later was told this was not official. I have repeatedly called back to get status updates on a formal quote for repair. I have been given multiple excuses, always 'tomorrow they will try'. Very unprofessional and with no regard for the customer. Could have no bid the job and not charged for visiting.
Green Flow Solutions came out promptly to give me an estimate, and after reviewing 5 other companies, not only were they the most reasonable, they turned out to be the most reliable. Other HVAC installers had me waiting on average 3 1/2 weeks. But Andrey came with his technician within days and worked thru a heatwave to restore the AC with the brand that I wanted, Carrier. I would just like to add a plug for all the folks who left positive reviews for Green Flow Solutions in the past. I would never have found such a reliable, professional team without those reviews. Work was efficient and service was polite. Only suggestion for improvement would be employee badge/uniform and vehicle company markings.
