SECOND EDIT: this company never told my husband any of that. You never declined the project. In fact, 10 days ago, you said you would send the estimate but have since ignored us. This conversation never happened and rather than address this, you are choosing to lie? What's the point of this? I am shocked at this response. If you don't want to do the job, tell us that by responding to our calls. This is incredibly unprofessional and displays a complete lack of integrity. EDIT: It's been a month since our "Same Day Estimate." We still haven't received anything though we were told last week they would send it. ORIGINAL: After they came to our house to look over what we wanted done, we never heard back from them with an estimate. It's been several weeks, and I've called several times and never even receieved a call back.
