Allied Group, run by Marc Silva, has a six-year written record of largely one thing: bathroom renovations, done as full room projects rather than a single fixture swap. As recently as June 2026, a reviewer described George and Nestor from the crew tackling several separate repairs in one visit — a deck, a closet door, siding — and called scheduling with Marc easy. The bathroom work runs deep and specific. In a late-2023 review, a homeowner with just one working bathroom described Marc sketching upgrade options within minutes of the initial visit, then delivering a full renovation — new floor, ceiling, lighting, vanity, a medicine-cabinet build-out, tiled shower, and tub, toilet and vanity installation — inside a tight two-week window. A mid-2023 review describes a full tub-to-walk-in-shower conversion that pulled in carpentry, plumbing, tile and electrical trades under one project. A 2024 review describes a tiling job that turned out to involve rotted subfloor — pulling the old tile, replacing the bad flooring, then re-tiling — finished on the three-day estimate with daily text updates along the way. The work goes beyond bathrooms too. A 2022 review from a Worcester two-family owner describes Marc rewiring failing electrical, replacing water lines, installing a new HVAC system and deck, remodeling every bathroom, and putting in new appliances and flooring — a floor-to-ceiling remodel. Other reviews describe a same-week paint job finished ahead of a competing quote, a long-distance renovation of a 100-year-old apartment where Marc suggested cost-saving alternatives like refinishing an existing tub instead of replacing it, and a deck estimated at a week that finished in 2.5 days, praised by a reviewer who said they'd spent 20 years in the trades. Not every job has gone smoothly on the first pass — in an April 2026 review, a customer described amending an earlier complaint after Allied reached out and resolved the outstanding issues, closing with a positive account of the finished bathroom. All 25 written reviews on file, running November 2020 through June 2026 across Angi and HomeAdvisor, are rated five stars, and both platforms show 5.0★ from 28 ratings. For a full bathroom remodel or a multi-trade renovation project, this is a contractor with a long, specific track record to point to — worth asking directly, given the one amended review, how they'd handle it if something needed a second look.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Allied Group. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

George and Nestor did a spectacular job fixing many things around my house including deck repair, closet door repair and siding. Marc was easy to talk to and it was easy to schedule a quick time for repairs. I most certainly will use them again Jean
Comment: I would just like to amend my earlier review. Allied reached out to me and we were able to resolve the outstanding issues very quickly & professionally. I really appreciate that - thank you Marc. The bathroom turned out beautifully and I would recommend the team at Allied, led by Marc Silva.

We are thrilled with the final product- a beautifully created bathroom sanctuary!
They refurbished front steps to the house and replaced and painted railings and risers. The carpenters and painter did good quality work -- I was very happy with the result.
