ALLSTAR HARDWOOD FLOORS.

Amazing results - old and new installations, and blending in of flooring. Awesome owner experience and work ethic!!

Very happy with our floors. Very professional, punctual and did a great job. Thank you. Would definitely recommend!!

I schedule to get a quote on 4/4 at 4pm from this company. Never showed up or called me to say he was running late or to reschedule. I waited until 4/13 thinking maybe they are busy give them time and still nothing. I called back on 4/13 and rescheduled no for them to come on 4/14 around 2-3 since he couldn't give me a definite time. I messaged him at 5:30 stating thanks for not showing up again or even calling. I received a message back within 2 minutes stating and i quote "Ok. (with a thumbs up) Very sorry time got away from me, i work by myself and hard to break free. Thanks and good luck with your project." So you could respond once i said i would write a review in 2 minutes but couldn't take 2 minutes to tell me you were running late or needed to reschedule. So unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend. Poor communication. You must have so much business you could carless how you treat people.
