I used Alpha Mechanical to install a new air conditioning and heating system in my condo. Sean was very patient at educating me about the options. I signed a contract in May 2022. It was difficult to get the equipment as it was during the pandemic but I ordered everything to have it on hand in case my AC failed during the summer. Fortunately it lasted and I was able to replace the entire AC and heating system in September, a year and a half ago. It has worked flawlessly and when we had a problem, caused by my husband, they came and rectified the situation. They are a small operation so it is not always possible to get them to turn on a dime but so far, so good, and I have nothing but great recommendations for Alpha Mechanical.
