Alvaro M. Perez Electrician

In a July 2023 Google review, a customer said Alvaro Perez talked them through a simple fix over the phone rather than charging to come out. That kind of straight dealing comes up more than once for this Grafton electrician, which also appears in reviews as AMP. Alvaro M. Perez Electrician lists residential, commercial and industrial electrical work, lighting, wiring, upgrades, repairs, maintenance and generators, and says it offers same-day and 24-hour emergency service. The company gives 2012 as its start. His Massachusetts electrician license, #13411-B, is active, and the BBB gives the business an A+ grade. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 47 ratings, with written reviews running from 2021 to 2026. Many of the jobs customers describe are repairs done on short notice. In March 2023 a customer with a sudden short circuit said he came the same day, found two issues hiding as one, fixed both, cleaned up and charged a reasonable price. A November 2023 customer said he provided service the same day at a second property, and a 2022 customer had pool-related electrical repairs. An August 2025 reviewer said the crew found a few possible causes of years of false fire alarms. In an April 2026 review, a repeat customer described a circuit for an EV charger and outlet replacements ahead of a home inspection, with transparent, reasonable pricing, and a January 2026 customer said Martin showed up when promised and finished a couple of small projects. One April 2023 Google review is a complaint: a business customer said he came out for an estimate and never called back.
