AM Pro Wash

Albert comes out to look at the house before he quotes, and sometimes he tells you not to bother. In April 2026 a homeowner had him round for a power-washing estimate and was told the house was already pretty clean, with suggestions for handling the few dirty spots themselves. Another customer wrote in October 2025 that the same thing had happened to them years earlier, when a siding problem was not something his services would have fixed. AM Pro Wash is a family-run exterior cleaning company in Pepperell doing power washing, house and roof soft washing, gutter and window cleaning, commercial work and seasonal holiday lighting across northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. The company has collected 406 reviews since 2021, and customers tend to name the people who turned up. Brendan and Joseph handled a November 2025 property after Al had walked the owner through the suggested services line by line with the dollar amounts; Cam and Zach put up Christmas lights that October; Jordy and Andy washed a house in August 2026. When a truck and pump failed on a June 2026 job, the owner called to say he was on his way with a different truck, and the crew finished 20 minutes later. A three-storey house washed on a windy, overcast day in November 2025 dried with cleaner left un-rinsed in places; that customer called the company and still left five stars for how it was sorted out. The work spreads well beyond siding. Customers describe roofs that look new after a soft wash, gutters cleaned and the debris cleared away, decks and porch railings done alongside the house, a driveway one July 2025 customer said had never been cleaned so thoroughly, and an office building washed twice in two years. Two things to weigh before calling. In August 2026 a one-star review came from someone who was not a customer at all: they had watched two company vans drive side by side on a two-lane stretch of Route 3 in southern New Hampshire, blocking traffic for 15 minutes, and took it as a joke at other drivers' expense. And the same July 2025 customer who praised the driveway said the quote came in a little above others they had, while adding they felt they got what they paid for. The company is BBB accredited with an A+ grade, and states that its roof cleaning is ARMA compliant. This is a straightforward call for house, roof or driveway washing, gutters, or getting holiday lights up and taken down anywhere between Pepperell and Nashua. Ask for the line-by-line quote other customers describe, and agree up front what happens if the weather turns mid-job.
