The Better Business Bureau's file lists Nicholas Amaral as owner, the business as started in January 2018, and one employee; the company's own site says it began with Nick working out of a pickup truck and now runs as a small team, with Tony on the jobsite and Monica handling homeowner follow-up. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 188023, is verified active in the company's own name against the state registry — the only credential here that does not rest on the company's own word. The site also prints a Rhode Island registration, 40780, which has not been checked against that state's registry. What the company takes on is whole-project work rather than single trades: home additions and garages, new construction, kitchens and bathrooms, finished basements, decks and porches, siding and windows, framing and carpentry. Permit records back the smaller end of that: a $33,000 bathroom renovation in North Dighton in June 2023 and a $15,000 front-porch replacement in Dighton in December 2024. The outside voices are few but consistent. Two Rhode Island Reddit commenters recommended the firm — one in August 2025 wrote "Nick and his team are the best" about a finished basement thread, and one in December 2024 said the company redid their kitchen in about two to three weeks. In an undated review on a business-listing page, a customer describes a whole-house renovation on a three-family property and calls Nick knowledgeable and transparent throughout. That is the whole record: no star rating on any platform, no reviews on BuildZoom, and a BBB file that is explicitly Not Rated because the bureau says it lacks sufficient information. So take the recommendations for what they are — word of mouth from a handful of neighbours, not a track record you can weigh. If you are considering them for a large project, ask for addresses of recent jobs of similar scope, confirm registration 188023 with the state yourself, and get the Rhode Island registration in writing if the work is on that side of the line.
