America Remodeling Inc

Flashing had come off a roof eave, and Victor was there the next morning after the phone call and had it done quickly — a small job, as that August 2026 customer says, but it set the tone. Roofs, decks and the painting that goes with them are most of what America Remodeling does around Lynn. The company works out of 371 Boston St in Lynn, describes itself as a roofing, painting, deck and general remodeling contractor, and says it has over 12 years of experience. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #219256, is active on the state registry. The jobs customers describe track that list closely: a roof replaced in Lynn in August 2026, roof work by Victor and his team in June 2026, a deck and porch in July 2026, a house painted in June 2026, a patio in August 2026. A June 2026 deck customer says the crew worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done. Five of the seven Google reviews are written in Spanish. Indoors the range is narrower but real. An April 2025 Angi customer had a fireplace insert replaced with quartz and new hardwood flooring put into a hallway, and said more projects were lined up for the company. What reviewers return to is showing up when they said they would: prompt and on time in November 2024 and May 2025 accounts, next-morning for the roof eave in August 2026. Ratings are uniform — 5.0 from seven Google ratings, and 5.0 from ten ratings each on Angi and HomeAdvisor. For a roof repair, a deck or exterior painting around Lynn, this is a straightforward call, and Victor is the one who shows up. Ask to see a recent roof or deck nearby before you commit, and get the scope and the price in writing.
