I had a great experience. Within five minutes of his call , Jeff was here. Within an hour , he had the job completed. He was personable and informative. I was amazed with the price. So anyone needing plumbing done I recommend him highly.
Fantastic service! Showed up on time, fixed the problem fast, and left everything spotless. Friendly, honest, and skilled — exactly what you want in a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them again.
Had a leak that was difficult to diagnose as it was sub-grade in radiant floor, a homeowners nightmare! Jeff diagnosed it very quickly, repaired it and brought immeasurable relief to me.
We had to replace our well point because it was no longer working. I was going to have a company set us up for drawing water from the lake. Jeff convinced me that a new well point would be a much better option. I'm glad I went that route. Jeff and his assistant Zach, removed the old well point and installed a new one. It was not an easy task. A month or two later, the groundwater table dropped due to severe drought conditions. This was causing the pump to run excessively. I called Jeff and he immediately dropped the install job that he was working on and both came right over. He examined the issue and temporary changed the pump settings and enabled us to have water again. I was very impressed with his quick response. His pricing is very attractive! Jeff and Zach were very professional and friendly and listened to our concerns.
We had an issue connecting to a shared well and lost access to running water in November. From the time I first reached out, Jeff was always quick to respond, professional, affordable, and very nice. We had our own well drilled and Jeff had water running by the end of December!
