AMS RENOVATIONS LLC

Anthony and his team oversaw a major renovation of our house right after we bought it. He replaced the heating and HVAC, did a major kitchen renovation and 3 bathrooms, and did general improvements to the rest of the house. The three things that stood out to me were<br><br>1. his speed - we had tight timelines as we needed to move in, and he kept things right on track throughout, finishing in about 3 months, and communicating with us throughout about status and expected timing.<br><br>2. his committment to doing a great job - there were a number of things that came up throughout the project that we hadn't explicitly discussed beforehand (eg chimneys, flooring in certain rooms, etc) and across it all he went above and beyond to deliver a complete project for us. It never felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed - it was more like a partnership to get the house to be the best it could be (within our budget).<br><br>3. the ease of working with him - this was our first house and we didn't know what to expect or what we should be doing. He made us feel at ease and provided all the info we needed to keep things moving. Additionally, his team is great - everyone who came through knew what they were doing and was easy to work with<br><br>Overall it was an extremely positive experience and I look forward to working with Anthony and his team for future renovations

I recently completed a full renovation, including a kitchen remodel, two and a half bathrooms, new flooring, and a full repaint, and I cannot recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.<br><br>The house was quite run down when we started, and the transformation is incredible—I genuinely felt like I was walking into a brand new home once the work was complete.<br><br>From start to finish, Anthony kept me informed throughout the entire process. His attention to detail is exceptional, and it was clear he truly knows what he is doing. He and his team were incredibly trustworthy—always professional, reliable, and respectful—and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right.<br><br>Anthony quickly understood my vision and goals without needing constant direction. We were working against a tight deadline, and remarkably, he and his team completed everything to the highest standard within just two months—something that still surprises everyone who hears it.<br><br>I am beyond happy with the final result and am already planning future projects with Anthony and his team. I would not look anywhere else. Just incredible work.

I just recently did a remodel of my kitchen bathroom and living room. I was very impressed with the way it went and the end results. Contractor was very professional on time cleanup was great.

Anthony and his crew recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom in my 2-family home and did a great job. The team was very efficient with demolition accomplished in a matter of days. The only delay was waiting for the cabinets, and once those arrived the team promptly did the install and the finish work.<br><br>Anthony is a good communicator, which has not been my experience with past contractors. After I reached out he promptly got in touch and scheduled a walk through and followed up with his quote. His estimate was in on par with others I received (in the middle actually) and that remained the case even when I had to scale back the project due to the high cost overall). He was at the job site regularly and always kept me updated. If I ever had a question he would respond promptly.<br><br>Definitely recommend. Should I have another project I will be in touch with him again.

Fantastic company. Anthony and his team were able to come in and turn a disastrous bathroom into the best room in the house. I really appreciated the importance that Anthony put into communication; any question I had he was ready to answer and I knew if I texted he would call within a minute or two. The team working on the house were fantastic. I joked that I wish I could have tiling emergencies so I could get Sai and his team come to do work on other projects in the house.<br><br>I definitely am going to call AMS for more and larger projects around the house.
