Highlights
- Durable work — a full six-bathroom gut renovation with no leaks years later
- Repeat customer — the sole reviewer hired the company a second time
North Shore Plumbing and Heating is a Saugus plumbing and heating business with a single written review on file, from 2024 — but it's a substantial one. The reviewer, working with Richie for a second time, described a full gut renovation of six bathrooms in their home (one primary bath, three full baths, and two powder rooms), calling the crew friendly and professional and noting that nothing has leaked or broken in the years since the work was completed. With only one account on file, there isn't a broad written history to point to here, but what's written describes a durable, well-executed major bathroom renovation and a customer who came back for a second job. Anyone considering a bathroom remodel or plumbing work with this company should ask for references and recent examples of smaller-scale jobs as well.

This is my second time working with Richie. He did a gut job in my home (1 primary bath, 2 powder baths, and 3 full baths). He and his team are so friendly and professional. They do quality work - nothing is leaking or broken in five years since their work. I loved working with them so much that they are now working on my new home too. They will always be my “go-to” plumbers and I highly recommend them to my family and friends. Shout out to Charlie, the friendliest plumber! Don’t look elsewhere, they are the best!!
