Anderson Roofing & Construction is a roofing business in Pelham, NH, run by an owner named Dave, according to a 2023 Google review. In that 2023 review, a customer who had a roof installed about 7-8 years earlier wrote that cheap shingles were used, that there were leaks, and that the flashing on the chimney was bubbling and pulling away. The same 2023 review said two skylights the business installed had no flashing and were both leaking, and that when the customer called Dave, he pretty much blew them off. That 2023 reviewer also wrote that after rain the day after the job, Dave showed up and said one of his guys must have forgotten to do the flashing around the vent, and that the customer was now looking at a complete roof replacement with water damage and mold. In a 2022 Google review, a customer wrote that they had been using Anderson Roofing for many years and were very happy with them.
