Much of Andover Pest Control's recent work is wildlife, and many customers name Mike. The North Andover company says it is family-owned and has worked Essex and Middlesex counties since 1999, and the BBB grades it A+. Its main Google listing shows 4.9 stars from 289 ratings. Many customers say it came fast. An April 2026 customer said the team arrived within 15 minutes to find what was clawing at their floors, and a March 2026 reviewer had a hornet nest removed from an attic the same day. In a November 2025 review, Mike reached a bat call within 15 minutes, caught the bat and repaired the access point on the roof. A June 2026 termite customer noted the care taken around the plantings. Price draws objections. A November 2025 reviewer called $600 for an hour of work a joke. An October 2025 customer who paid a weekend premium for yellow jackets said a second visit was needed and hard to get, and that the service was not worth the price. A December 2025 customer also said the service was not cheap, but called the premium worthwhile. A September 2025 reviewer said a woodchuck was never trapped and removed as hired. In January 2026, a 1-star reviewer said the wasp-nest technician was rude and belittled their partner, claiming the job was finished despite photos showing it incomplete. In July 2026, another said a technician drove erratically and almost hit them, and the office was dismissive and condescending when they called.
