Everything was left clean and organized. The generator installation itself went very smoothly. The team was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Previous review update: I spoke with Diane today who had tried to call me Monday as promised by company staff but probably experienced a cell service issue, not uncommon where I live. She was impressively knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose and explain to me the cause of the generator symptom I had experienced. She put me at ease, explaining that sometimes generators are wired like mine and will turn on when a primary breaker, like the water pump in my case, is tripped. She said this is not a problem and that my generator functioned exactly as it should have. She even offered to send someone to run a test but because she was 99% sure all was fine and said in the unlikely event there is a problem during the next outage we can address it then, I said it wasn't necessary. Needless to say I am relieved and now, once again, completely satisfied with the company's service and attention to my concerns. I will continue to use Andrus for all my generator needs.

Kamryn was amazing. He came out at 9 pm last night after a power outage and fixed our generator.
