Antonio's Home Services is a general contractor working out of 35 Hawthorne Circle in Peabody, on Massachusetts' North Shore, and its Houzz listing says it proudly serves Malden and the surrounding communities. It lists thirty towns across the North Shore and Greater Boston, Marblehead among them. The range of work it advertises is wide for a small outfit: kitchens and bathrooms, basements, additions and guesthouses, decks, flooring and tile, windows and siding, drywall, finish carpentry and custom moulding, brick and masonry, patios and pavers, gutters, and interior and exterior painting. Four project sets are posted — a Bedford bathroom remodel, a Danvers kitchen remodel, and two further kitchen and whole-home remodels. What is missing is any account from someone who hired them. Its Houzz page has never been reviewed, and the profile carries a HomeAdvisor "Screened & Approved" badge, which is a directory's own screening claim rather than a verified credential or a customer's verdict. It publishes no licence number, and none was verified against the state registry. So treat this as an unrated listing rather than a recommendation. If you call them, ask for their Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number and construction supervisor licence, check both with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask for two or three recent local references you can call — especially for the trade you actually need, since the advertised list spans nearly every trade in the house.
