Apex Air Systems is a Dedham HVAC company with nine years in the trade, offering ductless mini-split and furnace/HVAC installation and service. Angi shows a perfect 5.0 stars across its three reviews. In a November 2024 review, a customer wrote that Apex Air was the only company available the same day their heat went out, and that technician Demetrius diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly without a big bill. Another November 2024 review described a job that went smoothly and finished ahead of schedule, with the crew flexible about scheduling the final walkthrough. Angi's own profile is inconsistent about emergency service — the service list includes it, but the FAQ says none is offered — so ask directly if you're calling about a no-heat emergency. A solid pick for a furnace repair or a ductless mini-split job; confirm current licensing and, if same-day help matters, nail down response time before booking.

Apex Air was the only company that was available the same day when my heat decided to stop working. Demetrius was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly without breaking the bank.
