Appalachian Animal Control describes itself as a locally owned and operated wildlife-control company in Hudson, New Hampshire, serving homes and farms across the state. Its website advertises humane bat removal and exclusion, plus help with squirrels, raccoons, skunks and rodents. It names Hudson, Nashua, Manchester, Concord, Gilford and Keene as service towns and states that it does not handle domestic pets. For an attic raccoon problem, an April customer said Larry checked traps every day and adjusted them as needed. The customer praised his responsiveness to messages and questions; after assessing the home, he recommended repairing and closing possible entry points. Another April customer described groundhog removal, with a same-day visit, daily trap checks, updates and a call before the next move. July customers described several separate wildlife calls. One said Larry came the same day to set traps, caught a skunk under their shed and relocated it without issue. Another reported the humane capture and release of seven baby skunks from their yard, also after a same-day arrival. A customer with a bat in a gas fireplace said Larry responded to their message within minutes, came quickly, gave clear information and treated the animal humanely. Google lists five stars from 17 ratings. In a March 2026 review, a customer described a mother and baby raccoon living in their shed. They said Larry arrived the same day to set a trap, caught both within a few days and relocated them together humanely.
