My dishwasher and washing machine broke within a week of each other. Both times Mike came out almost immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a detailed run down of the repair cost and delivery time for parts. As soon as the parts arrived he was here the next day. The entire process was extremely smooth and efficient. I will definitely use Mike again for any future appliance issues.

Awesome. I was afraid on July 4th weekend with lots of company coming I would have to buy a new washer. Mike came and fixed it very quickly. He was professional and very easy to work with. Pricing was great. Would def recommend and will call him again!!!

This company stole from me and lied to me. The icemaker in my 4 year old fridge stopped working last September 2025 - Mike came out to diagnose the problem and told me he needed to order the part and the cost for repair , part and labor would be $450. and I would have to pay in full prior to him ordering the part so I did. Months went by without a word so I called starting in November because I wanted the icemaker for Thanksgiving. The response was it has not come in yet. I checked in December January and February and the part had still not come in. I told Lori I wanted my money back , to cancel the order-I was going to put this fridge in my garage and just buy a new one. After checking with Mike she said the refund would be processed less a diagnostic fee of $175.00. - I felt gauged but agreed. The refund was never sent out - I would call once a week and was finally told that a "bank check" was sent to me. I said I found that hard to believe- I never received it so I tole her I just want to come and pick up a company check and they could put a stop payment on the "bank check". Radio silence........So on top of stealing from me - they also lied about sending out a "bank check". I am a licensed real estate broker and I am a resource to many people for my preferred vendor list. Every opportunity I have I tell people not to do business with the Appliance Doctor and hence I am leaving the review here as well in hopes of saving others from being lied to and stolen from.

I submitted a form on his website to inquire about my broken dryer and within the hour received a call to schedule an appointment, he was very professional and honest during the appointment and fixed the issue in a timely manner thanks to him stocking his truck with basic repair parts in advance, highly recommend him he seems like a very genuine person
