We called appliance plus for a problem with our refrigerator. Tom, arrived right on time, communicating clearly when he would come. He quickly diagnosed the problem we had, and identified another one that was about to be an issue. In both cases, he explained the how the issue was leading to the issues we had, and ordered parts. On his second visit to install parts, he called ahead of time to confirm arrival time. He arrived on time, was quick and got the refrigerator repaired. Tom was friendly and his price was very good. I highly recommend Appliance Plus to anyone on the upper cape
