One customer called on a Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend about a GE Café refrigerator that had stopped cooling. Moses arrived at 11:00, found that the evaporator fan motor needed replacing, had the part with him and finished in under an hour for $335 including part and labor; GE could not send anyone until Thursday. A customer whose dryer stopped heating said Moses came the following day with the heater in his truck. A washer that would not move through its cycles took two visits: Moses tested the components, then came back under warranty a couple of days later with the ordered part, and that customer said he honored the quoted price range. A customer whose dryer kept shutting off said Moses tried to duplicate the problem and helped rule out the dryer, with the cause being a bigger electrical problem. A Whirlpool stove got a new glass cooktop. The Better Business Bureau grades the business F and lists five complaints against it.
Was able to come to fix our issue even faster than initially expected which was nice, arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable- showed us how to open up our washer so we know it for the future and resolved our issue quickly!

Moses was punctual and arrived at the beginning of his estimated time window. We had called the day before and he was able to come out the very next day to help us with a dryer that was shutting off after running for a few minutes. He was very thorough in his assessment, trying to duplicate the issue we were having. Ultimately our issue is a bigger electrical problem but he helped us to rule out the dryer as the cause. Moses was very professional and friendly.
